Haha, well, I have no idea but it looks to be a clawed frog, which aren't incredibly common. That would put it in the genus Xenopus, but I would need a location to identify it to the species level. Nice find, or, nice aim I guess. If you can scrape it off the road and give me some measurements that might help as well.
