Despite what I eat now, growing up I was the PB&J kid. At one of my friend's homes I was known as the girl who would only eat "kid food." This consisted of the classic sandwich, chicken nuggets or Kraft macaroni and cheese. When I saw the PB&J cupcake, it was a perfect match. Peanut butter cake, jelly filling. The frosting on top was a light and tasty whipped raspberry complimented by a hunk of peanut brittle and peanut crunches. It was a sophisticated form of the PB&J.
