the real elie

Her dad told her that Elie was coming for the night. She has a couple stuffed "Ellie the Elephants." She asked her father, "Is it the REAL Elie?" Her dad told her it was the real Elie. Then she asked a very important question. "Is she pink or gray?" She's a smart and incredible little girl, and that night she found out I was neither pink nor gray. Although, I did whip out my trunk for her a couple times. As I tucked her into bed, she whispered to me, "You're the real Elie."
