Tonight some friends and I chatted about plurality and dualism ... and the cultures that align themselves with each. This came out somewhere, "Everything is gray. Nothing is black and white." Then minutes later, "Wait, I'd like to correct myself. Zebras and milk cows and Daudi are black and white."

You went to the Royale tonight. My favorite. Owner Steve Smith was listed No. 49 in St. Louis Magazine's 50 Most Influential People list. (I'm a well-read beagle.) Next time you see Steve, just say, 'Hey 49!' He likes that...a lot.
is that poster in the background actually from the 60s? if so, that is incredible. if not, it's still sweet.
